Great service for a phone claim

Firstly, the app makes it easy to make a claim. Secondly, Katelyn, who handled my claim, made quick work of getting things sorted. Please note: this is for a phone. I cannot speak to how they handle claims for vehicles, although I do have my vehicle insured with them too. Hopefully I won't have to find out how they handle vehicle claims, but the phone was as breezy as can be. Their handling of my phone claim prompted me to have my laptop covered too.
