Great Service

The service provided by Naked Insurance is excellent. Every person I have ever spoken with has been really friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember their names as they deserve the recognition. As someone who has worked in a service environment I understand how difficult customers can sometimes be but the team at Naked regularly follows up and always get back to you at the time the consultant specifies. Their app is also very user friendly and the contact center is easy to deal with. I don’t know much about the market but their premiums are also reasonably set, I’d say they’re competitive. I have referred 3 people and in all instances they were quoted lower premiums for the same cover or better cover. The only reason I haven’t referred more is that people generally don’t change their service providers once they’ve signed up. Overall, I’d highly recommend Naked. The only reason I haven’t give a full 5 star rating is because I’d maybe review some of the partners (panel beaters etc) that Naked partners with. Not all of these partners provide the same level of service that I have come to associate with Naked
