Great service. Exceeded my expectations multiple times. Firstly it is super simple to sign up for a new car or home content insurance policy. Both took me less than 5 minutes. Secondly when I had to call a tow truck out they arrived within an hour to help me and there was no admin for me to do, no payments etc. Thirdly if you request assistance for a general enquiry, they responded within 10 minutes. I requested an invoice for my payments and received my PDF on the same day with little effort required from my side. Would highly recommend. Not to mention their competitive pricing.
