Great Insurance

I joined Naked after reading numerous positive reviews. They saved me R700 per month; same cover as my previous insurer, and my excess was less. Sign-up was easy, took around 10 minutes max (including taking the car selfie).

When the time came for me to claim I received speedy response on the day. The only 'fault' I can find was that from the date I claimed to when it was resolved (the vehicle was a write-off) was close to 4 weeks. I'm not sure if this is the standard waiting period but I believe the reason it took so long was because the accident happened in December and most pannelbeaters/assessors are feeling the holiday spirit.

Other than that, I confidently recommend this insurance. Everytime I sent through a mail it was always responded to in minutes. My payout was paid in less than a week (after all the paper work was submitted), and Pieter and Matthew were professional and patient.

I'll definitely insure my new car through Naked!
