Great customer support

Firstly I am a big fan of not having to sit and call agents to get help or even just a quote. For my motor insurance it was simple, fill in the info and get a quote. I received no spam calls after the fact with agents trying to sell me insurance (unlike with multiple other companies).

I had a small issue with finding my specific car model (my car is a 2001 model, so understandable). For a company that’s main selling point is not having to go through lines of communication to get insurance, their customer support employees are top notch. I was emailing with Simoné about my issue, not only was every email answered quickly, she was amazing at guiding in me in what to do as well as answering all my questions (another plus, whenever she had to use insurance jargon, she always explained what the term meant in layman’s terms so I could understand).

Even though I have not made a claim with them, after my amazing customer service experience, I am sure making a claim will not cause a headache.

Their prices are also very affordable!
