I was very hesitant to use naked at first when my colleague referred naked to me. The process of registering was very efficient. After my phone was ******, the very next day in the morning on Monday l logged a claim and the same day l got a response and they requested all the details needed which l submitted. Within 2 days l got a response and they managed to assist me, furthermore they gave me options as they were replacing my device. I am very happy and my mind and peace. I am definitely staying with naked insurance and adding more services. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the claim process. Kudos to all involved.
