Great Claims experience

I just want to say I’m happy with how my insurance claim was handled. The whole process was quick, simple, and easy to use, with no hassle at all. I was also kept updated every step of the way, which made it even better. Just a small suggestion, it would be great if you could upload multiple photos at once when submitting a claim. It would also help to have the option to write what happened instead of having to record a video, as not everyone feels comfortable doing that. Thanks so much again
