Great app!!! Easy sign up!!! and simple but a bit slow claim process

Sharing experience on behalf of my colleague

She was involved in an incident where a taxi side-swiped her while she was standing still waiting to turn, The claim process was easy and they gave her a car to use while the claim was being processed.

Naked uses external assessor's so the process did take longer than she would have liked but the car was written off and she was paid in full.

I am also a member of Naked I have not gone through a claim yet and hope I don't have to but knowing my colleague's experience put my mind at ease as lots of people don't like Naked because they don't understand the AI technology that Naked is backed on. I however can say that the app is awesome the signup process is easy and you scan your car via the app with instant cover.

I wish Naked offered more payment options
