GOODBUY EXCESS
Stupid driver collided with my wifes vehicle about 3 months back. Her vehicle was repaired and I paid the excess. It has been more than 2 months to get the excess refunded, but each time I inquire, I get the same message: "Please note that this third-party process follows a legal framework, so we’re unable to provide a specific timeline or guarantee a particular outcome. That said, we’ll be sure to keep you informed as soon as we have any further news."
IT IS NOT JUST THAT I AM NOT GETTING MY EXCESS BACK, BUT I DON'T GET ANY FEEDBACK FROM NAKED RECOVERY SPECIALIST.
