Good service

I joined Naked a little over a year ago and would like to leave a review about my experience in dealing with Naked Insurance as I recently had someone drive into the back of my car. Initially I thought I could only deal with them via the App and standing next to the road with little reception is not fun, but eventually I got the hang of it. By the way you can call them! What I liked is the fact that no one told me just after something happened that I lost my bonus. The other thing I really liked was that everything is in writing and they respond at the latest the next day via e-mail. There is no he said, she said. Only well composed and to the point e-mails. I will definitely recommend Naked to anyone who is looking for insurance. Thank you to Grant and the team for all their help. Kind regards, Joan
