Good day, l unfortunately had to deal with 2 claims short periods apart and would like to compliment both consultants of Naked, Samuel and Christine for their briljant service they app**** to the case. The claims were handled within a day or two, giving the final instructions accompanied by on-board help if needed to make sure the claims are running smoothly without unnecessary delays. Both assessors also made it a priority to share their findings and offered advise and help right to the end. My overall appreciation and thanks to the Naked Insurance team.
