Good, convenient and responsive service.
I have been with Naked for a few years and have had an accident which they were very helpful and willing to assist.
I enjoy not having to wait on the phone for someone to pick up and assist and via email they are very responsive. 90% of the service required can be done on the app as well.
Keep up the good communication and transparent service and I will have no reason to move insurance.
