Good communication and consistent updates on repairs

I had a good experience when I logged a claim. The process was easy and there was someone to explain if i had questions. When my car was at the panelbeater getting repair, i received consistent updates on the progress of repairs. Also, because i included the car hire option in my insurance. There car rental period was also consistently increased until my car was repaired.
