GOOD COMMUNICATION

I got helped by Danielle on my claim. She was very good at communicating and very patient. My claim was approved after 15 days, i claimed on the 2nd of February 2026 and my claim was approved on the 16th of February, but 5 days later still waiting for my device with no communication whatsoever.
