Good and caring customer service
I heard mixed reviews regarding claiming from Naked Insurance, but I was one of the lucky ones. I dealt with Tshiamiso - who was understanding and patient with my endless questions of concern. Her human approach and customer is a great example of the customer service we are often deprived of in this modern age.
