This is hands down one of the best insurance companies in the business! They are reasonably priced and service is second to none. The app is easy to use and requires minimal interaction with consultants, however when you do need to speak to a consultant, they are easy to reach and very helpful. A special thank you to Mukundi who helped me through every stage of my claims process and made the nightmare of an insurance claim bareable. I will continue to use Naked and recommend them to anybody looking for a no-nonsense good insurance company.
