Genuinely tired, frustrated and am so done with Naked.

I am highly disappointed with the service I have received by Naked. My vehicle was repaired after an accident and I had multiple issues with my vehicle afterwards. I then got stuck and my vehicle was not drivable, it took the insurance 3 weeks to contact the panel beater who repaired the vehicle and no one has taken responsibility for anything. No assessor checked the vehicle, I've had the courtesy vehicle taken away without even having repairs on my vehicle started. And now I'm stuck without any means of transportation and a broken vehicle but Naked doesn't care and still took out my insurance premium for the month, without being worthy of being paid.
