Furniture must be specified in order to enjoy cover!!!nonsense
My daughter accidentally bumped on to the TV stand last night and the tv fell. I submitted a claim this morning via the app. I received feedback via email advising that I have no cover because the TV was not SPECIFIED. Who specifies a television set because its not a portable item. I don't travel with it. During the application the app says noting about specifying your furniture in order to have accidental cover. The only specified items that are explained is the All risk section. Apparently this is noted on the policy wording that I do even think I have ever received. I will be taking this to the ombudsman.

We take transparent communication very seriously. In addition to the policy wording on the Naked app which explains the product rule, the Cover Overview section also visually summarises the cover with icons and shows that accidental damage is not covered unless an item is specified. If you click on the icon you'll find a longer description with more detail.
