Frustrating

I honestly regret not taking istore insure for my devices, I was under the impression that when I submit a claim for my device it would take 1-2 days for them to review it and let me know what’s the way forward. Instead I been sent from pillar to post and being told they appointing a validator and that might take 8-10 days ???? This is honestly frustrating especially considering that I have 4 devices insured with them.
