Frosty the snowman.
Been trying to submit photos and invoices of my spectacles to Naked and it feels like being outside on a winters night without any clothes on. I take photos from the app but it doesn not submit - I have updated the app and am using a galaxy a54. The advice from Naked support is to install the app on aother phone - my job should not be to jump through hoops just to get my items covered. Please give me a whatsapp number or email address where I can send the required documents to.
