From frustration to elation!!

I had an accidental damage claim of house content recently.

At first there was confusion (between myself and Naked Insurance) regarding the validity of my claim. Needless to say this left me perplexed and semi-frustrated. This confusion and my claim was however resolved very expediently by Naked Insurance. And also very professionally.

What could have turned out being an insurance nightmare was resolved by Naked Insurance in a very enlightening manner.

This experience has reminded me again of the reason why I moved to Naked Insurance - they did not leave me naked after an accidental damage incident at my home.
