A huge shout out to the devs who made the app such a pleasant UX as a start! Filing and submitting my claim could not have been easier. Thank you! Next I have to specifically thank Rachel for being so knowledgeable, responsive and efficient in handling my claim. Despite a couple of hiccups she was communicative and managed expectations throughout the process and made sure everything I needed got done quickly. Literally resolved everything from start to finish in just over a week (with a public holiday in it to boot!). Beyond impressed, and deeply grateful. This is how insurance SHOULD be!
