Forced to take car back to shoddy panel beater, been waiting
Had a small accident in a parking lot. Slight damage to the bumper. I put in the claim and it was approved. They booked my car at Eljoney panel beaters. At first there was an issue in getting parts and even without parts they tried to get me to take my car in. Then they finally got the parts but had to wait another 10 or something days. In total, y car was only taken in by the panel beater 25 days after the accident. Car was with them for 2 weeks with almost 0 feedback, dropped calls, no callbacks. Got the car back and they did more damage than good. I requested that my car be sent to another panel beater so it can be sorted out, but naked refused and said it has to go back to they guys that just did more damage to my car than the actual accident. I reluctantly agreed. It has now been another 3 or so weeks and the panel still hasn't contacted me to take in the car. In total it has now been 3 months since the accident and the car is still not fixed. In the mean-time I have discovered more issues, shoddy paintwork, parts/clips falling off. I refuse to take my car back to this panel beater as they do more harm than good and demand that my car be sent somewhere else to be fixed.

I have been struggling for months now getting my car repaired. My car was sent on recommendation from by naked to Hyundai and Naked approved panel beater. Got the car back and they did more damage to the car than the actual accident. After months of to and fro, Naked agreed that I can get a quote somewhere else for the car to be repaired properly. Now all of a sudden they are trying to force me to take my car back to the same panel beater that damaged my car so badly. I am really upset with the service from Naked, they recommended the panel beater, and now trying to force me to take my property, of which I have taken extremely well care of, to a panel beater that will do more even more damage. It is not as if one of their employees *****ed up a little, it is multiple massive mistakes, which was signed off by a manager/owner. If they are happy with that quality of work on the surface, how bad is it underneath the paint. I can not be expected to trust that their poor workmanship will last!!
