Fixing a biiiiiig scratch on the car

I had a minor incident at how that lead to my car getting a a very aggressive scratch on the right-hand, front fender. I firstly claimed with my scratches and dents insurance and it was flatly rejected because the scratch was "more than 15 cm" and the quoted amount was more than the "maximum claim amount of R4500". I then decided to claim through Naked as it is my comprehensive insurer and let me tell you, the claim logging process was so seamless and within a few days my claim was approved. I did not even need to take my car anywhere for an evaluation, everything was done digitally. What I was not happy about is the amount of time the panel beater took to call and book the car in for repairs. They cited red tape as well as part shortage. However, in the end I am over the moon with the repairs, the car looks brand new. I was able to also receive a rental car on the same day I took the car in for repairs. I communicated a lot with Jemaine and especially Bailee from Naked, their response time was also amazing. Thank you Naked Insurance for the outstanding service and please DON'T GO CHANGING!!!
