Firstly with Naked there are no hassles with paperwork, phone calls etc, just download the app and choose your cover, excess etc and that's it...Unfortunately for me I had to claim, due to a crime that happened to my family and I, loading the claim was quick, simple and easy, after submitting all the requested paperwork, mostly the whole process was done on the app, any email correspondence was very minimal. I then had to interact with an assessor from Naked which was a pleasure and I wouldn't mind doing it again, the person handling my claim at Naked was so professional I didn't feel like is was being ignored or victimized, feed back was given in a timely manner, the whole process only took 3 weeks from submission to completion. I would like to that my claim handler, the assessor and Naked for such a wonderful experience. I am staying with Naked no matter what anyone says. NAKED, YOUR THE BEST.
