First of all I’m a first time driver that never had car insurance before so I was so confused and scared because many people have experienced ‘dishonesty’ when claiming, but it was not the case for Naked. My claim got approved so quick and I was actually surprised, the process was so smooth despite it being during the festive period. Also big shout out to Tshiamiso Moagi, her service is exceptional. She made sure she followed up with me on every step and also I really appreciated her prompt response. Keep it up Tshiamiso, the customer service needs people like you. You deserve a 5 star girl!
