Fed up with a trimester claim waiting period.. 3 months of ups and downs...

Had an accident and claimed In January 8th 2022. I have had to request the third settlement letter from Westbank date 11 April 2022. They get a settlement letter... Send me forms for change of ownership and nothing... Next the settlement letter expires... Then the process of settlement letter from finance house... Change of ownership from me...and nothing.... It's been 3 months now... I have no car. And can't even purchase another with the banks dept still reflecting on my affordability..... I recently had to pay for the car registration on 8th April because it expired on end of Jan... And naked was not going to pay for an expired disk.. Something always comes up.... Lately they are mentioning under writer's on emails... My financial house is asking me what's going on.... I talk to Khumo today.. Robert tomorrow... Alice on wonderland the next... The car is a write off.. 359k...hoe are you unable to do a payment?????
