Claiming always sits heaving on the person who has lost an item, having the thought of having to go through the efforts of having to state your case for an item you pay for monthly, always makes you feel like it is going to be a struggle. As a first time claimer, I was really worried about the outcome. But Naked put my heart and mind at ease by being kind, considerate and quick! the entire process from beginning to end took a week.
