Extremely easy to obtain a quote and sign up with Naked. This is all handled by algorithms, insurance history, and a chat bot. Unfortunately I had to lodge a claim for a small accident. Nevertheless, the claims process was smooth and painless, and the communication was good throughout. The logging process was all via the app and a chat bot, but the claim and progress itself was via email with a live service agent and was very efficient.
