Very happy with the entire process. I claimed for my windscreen to be replaced as it got damaged by a stone while driving. The claim was approved within 4 seconds after uploading my video of what had happened along with a photo of the windscreen. The company who replaced the windscreen was great as well. I don't have any complaints, Naked Insurance was absolutely there for me when I needed them. I have no regrets moving over! It's so easy to move over, everything is done on the app, even claims. They even contact you to assist to cancel your old insurance. So easy, so fantastic.
