Fair
I recently claimed on my car window after a break in. Naked was quick to communicate which I appreciate but overall I would describe it as 'fair'. They did there job. But nothing more. The window glass had a 2 week lead-time and they weren't prepared to help with a car or another service provider. I just had to wait.
