Extremely satisfied customer

I have been with Naked Insurance for coming on 2 years now, and I have had a completely positive experience with them. My car was unfortunately recently written off after an accident, and the communication I received from Naked via email was unmatched! Thank you so much to Nomsa Machilika, who responded in a timely manner to my every need during this process. Thanks to the great customer service I have received over the past 2 years, the seamless online processes where I can easily load claims and ask questions at the touch of a button on my app, and for the several cash-backs I received after referring friends and family to Naked, I will most definitely be coming back with my next vehicle. Also, I have yet to come across an insurance company with such low premiums for such affordable excess. Keep it up Naked!
