Exemplary service

I hesitated when signing up to insure my vehicles with Naked Insure, but after a bit of asking around , I went forward. I can tell you it has been nothing but a pleasant experince. We insured three vehicles with them between my wife and I. On 2/9/2019 the dreaded took place and my newly acquired vehicle (3 months into my policy with Naked) was written off after being hit by a taxi. I was overcome by fear of the worst. My wife had been driving my car and I was not reachable. Tow trucks took advantage of her and moved the car without insurers consent. How comforting when the team from Naked said "tend to your wife and leave the rest to us". The process was personal and professional. They would respond to queries in minutes. They even went the extra mile tracking and collecting mislaid documents i had sent via Speed Services. I am absolutely blown away by their service. Signing up was so easy and quick.
