Excess fee
I received great help from kamogelo Silinda even though I was not happy with how the value of my phone was handled.i insured my iphone 16 pro max with R35000 and I was paying R450 monthly and what I don't understand Is how I got R24995 that broke my heart .Naked should always update us with the value of our phones not give us bad news at last minute. But overall the service and how fast they respond is amazing and efficient..
