Excess!
You never offered me an option of no excess because I'm a pensioner! I got it from another insurance as of 1 May.You ask me R5000 excess! Karen Swart

The reason we do not offer zero excess is that at the different excess levels, we have worked out the optimal claims cost and premium offering. This allows us to balance out books better and offer better premiums to our customers.
