Exceptional world class service from Anna Munyaradzi

I have been trying to find the right words to use for this review, but I’m just not coming right and that’s honestly just because the level of humanity and service received by Anna Munyaradzi in the claims department was 100x above par; it left me speechless.

When I saw an email from her after reporting my claim, I smiled to myself as I’ve dealt with her before and even then she exceeded my expectations as she handled my claim with efficiency, and most importantly her interaction with me was so professional and warm. So it was a name and face one would never have forgotten 😊

Anna was amazing from the word go. She kept me in the loop at all times and was thorough, calm and super kind to me. She made me feel at ease and ensured the entire process was seamless and accurate.

She was so compassionate, very patient, helpful and willing to assist me with the overall process. My claim had to be escalated and she was hands on till the very last step.

I truly appreciate the exceptional (which is an understatement honestly) service I received from Anna, for the 2nd time now 😊 and I really hope she gets recognition for her contribution to the company.

I could go on and on about my gratitude because the service I got is world class and worth raving about to anyone willing to listen 👏🏽 especially because claims are a bit stressful and that’s the time when you get to see your money’s worth.

So yea I will definitely keep referring people to Naked 😊
