I always expect top-tier customer service from the companies I choose to do business with — and Naked Insurance absolutely delivered. I was genuinely blown away by the service I received from Tieho Mabula, who handled all my questions and frustrations (reasonable and otherwise!) with absolute professionalism and grace.

The entire claims process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly quick — everything was assessed and finalized within just two weeks. Given the nature of my claim, that’s seriously impressive. What stood out most was how human the process felt; I never once felt like I was being treated with suspicion or like I had to “prove” myself, which sadly isn’t always the case in the insurance world.
