Exceptional Service!!!

Excellent service from Matthew Schlamm and team! I bought an Apple Watch Series 5 on 20/12/2019 and added it to my Home Contents Cover. On 10/01/2020 the watch fell and the screen shattered. I put a claim through on the same day. All they required was a short video explaining what occurred. My Claim was approved within a few hours. I was then contacted by their Service Provider who required me to take the watch for an assessment at an iStore. They were giving me the run-around with a voucher for a replacement/refurbished Watch.
