Exceptional Service

A friend of mine used to work in the insurance industry, and because of the things he would say, I hated insurance as a whole, to the point where I had no insurance for a short period because I thought it was a rip-off.

But with Naked, I love how you can claim on your app without listening to on-hold music. I made two claims already; the first one was a windscreen, and the second one was an accident. I loved how easy and quick it was. The customer service is exceptional.
