Exceptional service

Awesome experience, I found the app extremely user unfriendly . I took the required images with my webcam, emailed it to myself and was not able to load it onto the app from my mobile. As it constantly prompted me to take new images with my mobile which left me at my wits end. As a person that's employed within the online retail space, I empathize with customers when experiencing technical difficulties or challenges with either placing an online order or logging a return. That's when I take the initiative of doing it on behalf of the customer and walking them through the process so that they may have a better appreciation of the process and pre-empt any potential challenges should there be a reoccurrence of the same issue. That's when the hero of the day Mr Jermaine Naicker came to rescue, told me that he's going to assist in taking over the matter from me , stayed with me on the line and resolved this matter for me almost immediately. Furthermore, he was extremely professional and efficient in his capacity and made me a believer again in Naked. Kudo's to you Sir. I'd like my experience to be made known and have taken to this platform not only vent but also give credit where its due and let Naked know they have a real gem.
