Excellent service with cellphone claim

I made a claim for a lost phone on Monday 14 Feb and it was approved on Wednesday 16 Feb. The very next day (17 Feb) I received a voucher to replace my phone. What excellent service! The team was very communicative at every step and they even refunded my premium!
