I had a recent claim with Naked and I’m very pleased with the experience. From the moment I reported the incident, their customer service was responsive, clear, and helpful. The claims process was smooth, and they approved the repairs quickly (after 4 days of start of cover) without unnecessary delays or complications.

My car was fixed promptly, and the repair work was excellent, everything looks and functions like new. I appreciated the regular updates and how easy it was to track the progress.
