For me the claim process wasn’t smooth or straightforward at all. Until Tshiamo jumped in. First she is responsible and accountable. With all the mistakes that were made she did not shift responsibility and showed up either by calling or emailing. She helped me through the process followed up and mostly when I spoke with her I felt that she cared about my claim from when she started helping to the end. As a client that’s all we ask for and pay for, excellent service and people who care and go above and beyond. I was impressed and may there be many more like you in difficult situations for clients.
