My cell phone was ****** on Friday the 27th October 2023 I opened a case and I submitted my claim Saturday evening didn't expect to get such a fast response from Jacob saying that my claim was approved and it will be paid out within 48 hours he kept me up to date with everything I am so grateful and happy to have insured my device with naked insurance and I will continue with my insurance
