Excellent Communication with Claim

1st time i had to claim for a windscreen replacement, been driving close to 15 years. This insurance company surprise me every time. My windscreen got hit by a stone cracked went to the app made the claim had to do a video and send some photos that was friday afternoon. Saturday got an email its approved. Monday Glass company phoned me and Tueaday I had a new windscreeen. There was no send us more info or please expalin again or anything like that. Kudos to you Naked best Insurer by far
