Excellent claims process

I have been with Naked almost 4 years (house and car) - I have had two claims on my house insurance, both done without a hitch. For my second claim, unfortunately I had not updated the IMEI number with Naked, and instead of declining my claim, the Naked team worked hard to validate the claim, and ultimately approved it. Very happy customer!
