Everything I hoped for and more

Pleasantly surprised at how well Naked insurance handled my claim. From the assistance in getting my vehicle back from SAPS and getting it cleared to how they were willing to consider the specifics of my case and not just hide behind standard policies. They really went beyond what I hoped for.

I've never claimed from insurance before, but I've heard horror stories about the technicalities and policies used by insurance companies to get out of paying out claims. Everyone seems to have such stories, except for me I guess.
