This has been an amazing experience, when someone says it quick and easy it is neither until NAKED.

I needed short term cover and without having to talk to someone, and go through this long process on the phone and via email I had signed up and was covered after a few questions via the 'Chat Service' followed by some great camera work (on my part) to document the vehicle with photos and a short video we were all set to go.

When you send a email to help desk they respond super fast and are extremely helpful, considering it was not because there was a problem but I missed something on the app, it is all well designed, easy to use and literally at your fingertips.
