Email sent to get a history of my claims and absolutely prompt and friendly service by Talika Mahabeer from Naked insurance, although my premium increased by more than R100 and excess by a R1000 due, in part, I suspect, because of the claim

19 Dec 2025, 09:18You are welcome. The only thing that bothers me is the 31% increase in my premium as well as the excess going from R3000 to R4000, both of which was surprising and was met with finality and the desire my one of your agents not keen to discuss it further, but just accept it..
