Efficient service

I would like to send a big thank you to the team at Naked, especially Kwenzi Selamolela who assisted me with my claim. I had an accident with my phone last week, and I submitted a claim via the app on Thursday. I took the phone in for assessment on Friday and received confirmation yesterday that a replacement would be issued. The professional and efficient manner in which this claim was dealt with is amazing. Kwenzi's feedback was prompt and I received updates from him throughout the entire process. I am extremely impressed and proud to be a part of the Naked family.
